Inspiration and Trends of Future Hotel and Commercial Space Design

人们对于酒店及商业空间的需求已经不再仅仅是提供住宿和消费场所，更多的是希望能够获得全方位的体验和感受。因此，未来酒店及商业空间的设计需要更加注重人性化、可持续性、科技化和文化多样性等方面的需求。本次论坛将邀请4位国际设计师分享他们在民宿、酒店、餐饮、商业空间设计中的探索和趋势预见。

People's demand for hotels and commercial spaces is no longer just about providing accommodation and consumption places, but more about hoping to obtain a comprehensive experience and feeling. Therefore, future hotel and commercial space designs need to pay more attention to the needs of humanization, sustainability, technology, and cultural diversity. This forum will invite four international designers to share their exploration and trend forecasts in the design of homestays, hotels, catering, and commercial spaces.

Francesco Tarentini

Francesco于佛罗伦萨大学获得建筑学硕士学位后，在ANAB（意大利国家生态建筑协会）继续深造，以更深入地研究可持续的环保设计方案。在联创Area-17之前，他曾与许多欧亚知名品牌合作，如Sixty集团、Sisley、马克华菲、达芙妮、Novo及华远集团。在中国十多年的工作经历，让他对中国市场有了深刻的认识。目前，Francesco是Area-17上海地区的负责人，他将对室内设计的全部经验及热情带到了中国，致力于加强意大利与亚洲文化之间的连接。

Francesco received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florence and then specialized in sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions at ANAB, the National Association of Bio Architecture. Before joining Area-17, he worked on projects located both in Europe and Asia for internationally renowned brands such as Sixty Group, Sisley, Mark Fairwhale, Daphne, Novo and Huayuan Group. Francesco brings all his experience and passion for architecture and interior design to Area-17. Currently, Francesco is the Director of the Shanghai office, where he aims to strengthen the link between Asian and Italian culture, which drives much of his work.

Halil Dogan

Halil Dogan毕业于土耳其伊兹密尔经济大学室内建筑与环境设计专业，辅修视觉传达设计。曾就职GeoID Istanbul建筑事务所，参与包含零售业，餐饮业，公共娱乐和酒店如Maxx Royal和W Hotel等项目的设计。Halil于2022年获得了由国际知名建筑、设计和生活方式媒体《安邸AD》评选的 AD 100 Young 奖。

Halil Dogan is the Design Director of Ippolito Fleitz Group (IFG) Shanghai Studio. Graduated with an Interior Design major at Izmir University of Economics in Turkey with a minor in Visual Communication Design, Halil has worked at GeoID Istanbul, where he participated in projects such as Maxx Royal, Vivus Hotel and W Hotel. After joining IFG, he has worked on multiple award-winning projects in retail, F&B, entertainment, and hospitality. Halil is a recipient of 2022 AD 100 Young Awards, selected bi-annually by the internationally renowned architecture, design and lifestyle media Architectural Digest.

Kamil Drzewinski

Kamil毕业于华沙理工大学建筑与城市规划系。他还是波兰高级研究中心、日本国际基金会和日本文部科学省的研究员。Kamil在东京大学担任研究员期间在隈研吾实验室度过了建筑学博士阶段。在AukettFitzroyRobinson公司工作期间，以及与欧洲和日本的不同公司合作期间，Kamil获得了宝贵的专业经验，其中包括京都的FOBA建筑师事务所和东京的KKAA（隈研吾与合伙人）。作为“10 illusions”设计公司创始人之一，Kamil参与了从住宅到商业建筑，以及为酒店业设计的各种非常有趣的项目。

Kamil graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. Moreover, he also a fellow of the Center of Advanced Studies (Poland), The Japan Foundation (Japan) and MEXT (Japan). Kamil was also a Researcher at Tokyo University, and spent a few years at Kengo Kuma Laboratory. He acquired valuable professional experience while working in Warsaw branch of AukettFitzroyRobinson and also by cooperating with different companies in Europe and Japan, including Kyoto office of FOBA architects and KKAA (Kengo Kuma & Associates) in Tokyo. As a Co-founder of “10 illusions” design firm, Kamil has been working on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings, as well as various designs for hospitality industry.

徐霆威 Xu Tingwei

彼山设计联合创始人

徐霆威毕业于宾夕法尼亚大学大学建筑系，其职业生涯聚焦于商业建筑与环境营造领域，曾就职于跨国商业事务所CallisonRTKL洛杉矶办公室参与多个国内地标商业综合体设计；回国后曾任武汉大学城市设计学院实践导师；后作为联合创始人建立彼山设计事务所，任彼山上海负责人。职业实践包含商业综合体，城市更新改造，品牌零售店设计与商业定位策划，致力于帮助客户获得建筑空间与业态内容的场景融合全专业顾问服务。公司曾获得亚太不动产（Asia Property Awards）中国区最佳城市更新奖。执业期间彼山同名公众号致力于发布原创一手的城市实体商业研究，在业界具有广泛影响力。

Tingwei Xu graduated from the Department of Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania and has focused his career on commercial architecture and environmental design. He previously worked at CallisonRTKL's Los Angeles office, a multinational commercial firm, participating in the design of several landmark commercial complexes in China. After returning to China, he served as a practice mentor at Wuhan University School of Urban Design. Later on, he co-founded the BUILDEVER Design Studio, where he served as the head of its Shanghai office. His professional practice includes commercial complexes, urban renewal and transformation, brand retail store design, and commercial positioning planning, all aimed at providing clients with comprehensive consultancy services that integrate architectural space and business content. The company has won the Best Urban Renewal Award in the China region of the Asia Property Awards. During his practice, the BiShan WeChat public account was dedicated to publishing original research on urban physical commercial spaces, obtained a wide influence in the industry.
